Calling course atendees!

The CST application process is known to be both long, difficult and expensive, specially because it strongly recommends experience co-training and at least 5 references from current CSTs and or CSCs, so local trainers have lots of difficulties getting in touch with current CST’s, convincing them to co-train a course, searching for available dates and travelling abroad for this co-training.

Speech at Pamplona, Spain - February 2010

I will hopefully be submitting my application by the end of this year or January 2011, and to maximize my chances of being interviewed on my first application (very improbable) I am asking all my course attendees that have obtained a CSM and / or CSP after or before my training to give feedback on my job as a trainer. English is preferred, but if you submit your reference in Spanish I’ll do the translating.

You can choose to leave your reference / feedback as a comment to this post (full name and certification level required) or send me an e-mail to angel.medinilla (at) proyectalis.com

A free attendance to my Agile Coaching course in Madrid (14-15-16 march 2011, 9:00-15:00) will be granted to one of the people submitting references… Even the bad ones! :-D . So go on and scratch a couple of sentences explaining, as a CSM / CSP, what my course meant to you and how do you evaluate my competence as a trainer.

Thanks in advance!
